I had the privilege of collaborating with a Tel Aviv-based startup that specializes in AI phone sales agents. My primary responsibilities involved designing and developing a user-friendly and visually appealing website that effectively conveys the company’s value proposition and brand identity. Additionally, I played a crucial role in prototyping a CRM system tailored to their specific business needs.

Website Design and Development

User-Centered Approach: I conducted in-depth user research to understand the target audience, their expectations, and their pain points. This involved creating user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to ensure that the website design aligns with user needs.

Visual Appeal and Brand Alignment: I meticulously crafted a visually appealing website that aligns with the startup’s brand identity and conveys their professionalism and expertise. This involved selecting a harmonious color palette, using high-quality images, and incorporating consistent branding elements throughout the site.

Intuitive Navigation and Content Structure: I designed an intuitive navigation structure that makes it easy for visitors to find the information they need. I also optimized the content structure to ensure clear and concise messaging that effectively communicates the company’s offerings and benefits.

Responsive Design: I ensured that the website is responsive and adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. This makes the website accessible to a wider audience and enhances the overall user experience.

CRM Prototyping

Understanding Business Needs: I collaborated closely with the startup’s team to understand their specific CRM requirements and identify the key functionalities needed to support their sales operations.

Designing for Efficiency and Usability: I designed a user-friendly CRM interface that prioritizes efficiency and usability. This involved creating intuitive dashboards, streamlining data entry processes, and incorporating clear visualizations to facilitate data analysis.

Prototyping and Iterating: I created interactive prototypes of the CRM system to gather feedback from stakeholders and refine the design. This iterative process ensured that the final CRM solution met the startup’s needs and expectations.
